[Sqwark Collection] Version 4.0 is finally in the works! (17/06/2026)
I have officially begun work on a version 4.0 of the Sqwark Collection. I'm going to rewrite the entire code from scratch and probably redo many of the visuals.
You will NEED to download version 4.0 when it's created, there's no plan to make an autoupdater as of yet.
In the meantime, if you encounter any issues, please feel free to play my animations online or use the official Flash debugger program (look on archive.org).
PLEASE NOTE: There is NO eta yet! It'll be ready when it's ready.
What's coming in the Sqwark Collection 4.0?
[Full Programming Refresh] The app will be copmpletely re-written and optimized for better performance.
[Graphical Update] I'll be renewing the graphics to make the app look nicer and more professional.
[Update Notifications] You'll be allerted to any new versions, bugs, or updates for you to download.
[Local File Downloads] With new settings, you'll be given options for downloading multiple files, or your specific favourites.
[All New Settings] I'll be adding support for auto-downloading and auto-updating.
[Ratings and Custom Lists] I'll be adding the ability to privately rate and create custom lists. (These are made privately on your own system)
[Special 4:3 Borders] If an animation uses the old 4:3 ratio size, you'll see a custom border made just for that game.
[And more...] If there's anything you want to see added, just let me know! Otherwise, that's the main features.
[Website News] Ruffle has been updated (17/06/2026)
Heyo!! Sqwark here.
Earlier today (June 17th) I've updated the Ruffle player on the website. It only took me a year (oops...)
The team over at Ruffle has been hard at work, and AS2 animation compatibility is nearly 100%, and AS3 is at 90%! Massive thanks to everyone at Ruffle, you keep my ventures alive! This update should improve animation stability and compatability.
If you are finding the Flash files aren't loading, try a full webpage and cache refresh by pressing Ctrl+F5 together.
